Job brief:

We are looking for outgoing and creative minds who enjoy creating TikTok video content. This internship role will be in charge of creating best-in-class and unique content for the Lucid Achievement TikTok account. Ultimately, you should have strong creative and video skills, as well as a knowledge of the social media and influencer space. Candidates should be on the pulse of what’s next and trends within social and digital and have a genuine passion for TikTok.

responsibilities

  • Support our team in developing a TikTok social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.

  • Keep your pulse on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can show up on these platforms.

  • Work together with the team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creativity for optimizing posts.

  • Participate in brainstorms and content ideation

  • Be self-sufficient with producing your own content

requirements

  • Extremely tech-savvy, with strong communication skills

  • High-level understanding of TikTok platform and video editing

  • Knowledgeable and up-to-date in different social media trends and best practices

  • Able to create one TikTok video per day

  • Committed to brand growth and ability to perform under minimum supervision

  • Great attention to detail 

  • A passion or interest for the personal development/self-improvement or coaching industry or spirituality is a big plus

  • Available for at least  10  hours/week
