Lena Frenzel believes you can take control of your dreams every single day. She has a lot to share when it comes to performance optimization - learned when working for global brands, among them the best technology companies in Silicon Valley- such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, Machine Zone, and Nike. Most recently, Lena moved to Laguna Beach where she passionately serves people in their mission to live the LUCID LIFE. Through her organization Lucid Achievement, Lena supplies strategic life coaching to empower people to realize their dreams similarly to how she realized her own.

                                                                                         

While Lena fits the stereotypical profile of a tall, slender, blue-eyed Orange County woman, she is anything but typical. Her voice emanates a profound spiritual kindness and her eyes pierce you with exceptional intelligence. Lena’s unique awareness of our inborn human potential, and her ability to tune into the world’s empowering secrets, set her apart in a crowd of knowledgeable leaders. One inevitably wonders, “What is Lena’s story?  How did she become who she she is?” This is the pressing question. Fortunately, Lena answers this question without holding back.

 

Like many of us, Lena’s life has been touched with tragedy and grief. By the age of 16, Lena suffered chronically from UTIs occurring roughly 10 times a year (almost every month) and lasting 2-3 weeks each time. The perpetual feeling of her bladder dissolving itself may be compared to the unbearable, unimaginable pain of a kidney infection. Many endless nights, Lena found herself crawling from the bathroom to the bedroom, wounded and bleeding from the inside out. Doctors all over Germany could not help her. Medications and antibiotics would not alleviate her suffering, but only exacerbate it.  Visits to the emergency room became frequent due to severe skin agitation, difficulty breathing and other life-threatening reactions.

 

Despite the severity of her symptoms, Lena attributed only 40% of her suffering to the physical pain. The other 60% was social and emotional. Family and friends could not relate to her pain. Lena became a burden to others and was labeled a “faker” buy classmates who believed it was not possible to be sick as often as she was. Lena’s experience of social isolation was excruciating. She lived inside a glass ball that no one could (or wanted) to relate to and she watched hopelessly as her invaluable social life passed her by. No one would remember Lena. No one could comfort her. As a total outcast, Lena concluded she would never experience wellness and happiness again.

 

“STOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.” From the pit of her soul, she let out the “rock-bottom cry.” Her grandma and mother stopped arguing in their tracks, faces filled with horror. Paralyzed with pain, Lena released in a scream what was years of total devastation, hopelessness, expiration, exhaustion, and unwillingness to go on. A scream like this is one you will never forget.  A scream like this comes from a living encounter with death itself- an encounter which will leave you changed forever. This was her darkest moment.  This was a plea for death to rescue her. It was not long after this cry that Lena encountered, for the first time, a modern shaman with unique insights. Lena was receptive to his perspectives since, after all, everything else she tried failed. Lena the came across meditation and Buddhist philosophy. Her journey down this road was just beginning.  

 

Enlightened by a lucid dream which told her to enroll in an American school, Lena discovered that she had to leave what proved to be a toxic environment and culture. Taking a big risk, she left her home country to study in the United States and immediately began to feel better. Her bodily reactions reduced tremendously. She then took up Tai Chi, began to observe her thoughts from a place of detachment, recognized the power of her mind, and grew more aware of her power to choose. She became a researcher and expert in health tips and finally began to experience control over her life. She was no longer subjugated to medications and the ill advice of doctors.

 

Lena began a process of deep exploration with herself and cultivated immense clarity over her life. Her drive to succeed exceeded even the strongest-minded of those around her. The weight of her chronic pain lifted and left behind a powerful mental strength, similar to bodybuilding, where the uptake and release of heavy weights leaves behind toned muscle. Consequently, college was a piece of cake for Lena. Working for high-intensity companies was enjoyable and felt like a vacation to her, where others around her seemed to struggle immensely.  

 

Whatever Lena was criticized for in Germany (i.e. being tall or questioning the status quo), Lena was praised for in California. Her perceived weaknesses were actually strengths and suddenly, Lena received positive rewards for her organic qualities. Everything she was bullied for became a superpower. People were drawn to Lena. Her life was enjoyable for the first time in what felt like a lifetime. During this stage of her life, Lena soaked up the wisdom of various motivational speakers like a sponge, instantly internalized the messages and reaped meaning as she shared the messages with those around her. Lena began to realize that she had a story to share that would change the lives of millions.

 

With a beginning in overwhelming pain, a transition into health-mindedness, an awakening in spirituality, and the development of high-performance capabilities, Lena first-handedly experienced the power of  SYNERGY within her body, mind, and soul.  Lena experienced liberation from herself and obtained success in all areas of her life as her body cooperated with her mind, her mind listened to her body, and her spirit illuminated every decision she made.  Presently, Lena continues work tirelessly towards seeing a world where everyone can discover their inner strength and experience a life they never knew was possible. Indeed, this is the testimony that Lena lives by.
