Lena Viktoria Frenzel is the founder of Lucid Achievement, a life, and business coaching organization based out of Laguna Beach, California. Inspired by her own transformative journey, Lena has made it her life’s mission to transform individuals and businesses towards performance optimization, deep holistic healing, and high achievement.

Born and raised in Germany, Lena faced a childhood marked by debilitating chronic illnesses that doctors deemed incurable. Despite the severity of her symptoms, Lena intrinsically knew that her suffering was not only physical but also emotional and spiritual. In her early teens, Lena began exploring meditation, Buddhist philosophy, Tai Chi, and other holistic healing and therapy methods, and courageously relocated to the United States. She moved away from traditional medicine and the antibiotics her body resisted, and was able to reset her system and stabilize her own health. Lena became a living testament to the power of self-healing practices, giving her a high intrinsic motivation to liberate others from cycles of pain.

Moving into a state of high performance, Lena then began to explore her passion for marketing and its power to influence people. She became a marketing executive in California with global brands like Google, Nike, Facebook, and YouTube. Then in 2018, she founded Lucid Achievement – a business founded on the mission of offering individuals life, career, and relationship coaching. Combining self-inquiry, Parts Work (from the Internal Family Systems therapy modality) and a guided reprogramming approach using unconditional self-love, Lena’s method facilitates her clients’ healing by addressing their root psychological blocks and limiting beliefs. She has seen enormous success in aiding clients with a range of issues including chronic pain, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Lena currently lives a life of excellent health and inner strength, and is working tirelessly towards a world wherein everyone can discover their innate potential and ability for greatness.
